1. No legal jargon- We do have a contract, but it isn’t hard to decipher, convoluted or migraine inducing. Contracts are important, and in fact, you should be weary of companies that do not require you to sign a contract especially if you are going to be sharing sensitive data with them. But we don’t hide lies in fine print, or make you sign a bunch of documents even before starting the service. Our terms and conditions are extremely easy to understand and to agree with. Time-based and task based billing- We don’t require you sign up for years or months. We don’t even ask you to pay a minimum to engage our services team. We just charge you for the time spent; usually this comes in 15-minute increments.
