Software License Agreement
This is the current version of the Yurbi Software License Agreement governing all Yurbi licenses. It applies to OEM/ISV customers embedding Yurbi in their products and to internal enterprise deployments.
Installer reference. The
YURBI_EULA.htm and YURBI_EULA.txt files bundled with the Yurbi installer reference this Agreement. By clicking "I Agree" during installation, you accept the terms of this Agreement.
What this Agreement covers
The Yurbi Software License Agreement is a single unified document covering:
- All license types — Named User, Concurrent User, Unlimited User, Additional Deployments, and Public View Report Licenses
- OEM/ISV embedded use and internal enterprise use
- License management, online/offline sync, and key-based enforcement
- Trial terms (14 days, 5 Named User default)
- Term, renewal, and reinstatement
- Warranties, indemnification, and limitation of liability
- Support Terms (Exhibit B) — response time targets, release types, and EOL policy
- Order Details (Exhibit A) — the template used for all purchases
