Pricing questions, answered plainly
Every plan — Starter through Unlimited — ships with the full platform and no feature paywalls. That means embedding (iframe + API), white-label per tenant, multi-tenant security, dynamic data source routing, FastCache, no-code report builder, 20+ chart types, semantic layer, scheduled export, row and column-level security, audit logs, full API, 1 development + 1 production license, Priority Support, and all upgrades for the life of your subscription. The only difference between tiers is named user count.
A named user is any person with an active Yurbi account — typically the end-users inside your customers' organizations who log in to access reports and dashboards embedded in your product. Your plan's limit applies across all tenants combined.
Named users give you a cost you can predict and control. Unlike MAU or consumption billing, your invoice doesn't depend on how active your customers are in a given month. Within your tier, adding users is free.
Each plan covers one ISV product — one application, one brand, one primary database schema. It's not a license to connect Yurbi to unlimited unrelated data sources or deploy it across multiple products in your portfolio.
If you have more than one product that needs embedded analytics, additional products qualify for a meaningful discount. Contact us to discuss how this works for your situation.
Every plan includes 1 development license and 1 production server. One server can serve all your tenants in a shared multi-tenant setup, or you can run dedicated per-customer instances, regional servers, or hybrid cloud architectures — any combination. Each additional production server is $500/year to start.
Volume discounts apply after 10 additional servers and decrease meaningfully at scale. If you're planning dozens or hundreds of deployments, talk to us before you do the math at list rate. The volume discount makes a significant difference at that scale.
Annual subscriptions auto-renew. We publish our pricing and we don't build business models that depend on surprise increases at renewal time — that's not how we operate. If your situation changes, reach out before renewal and we'll have a straightforward conversation.
Priority Support means you reach the engineers who built Yurbi directly — not a helpdesk, not outsourced support. When you have a question or a problem, you get a response from someone who can actually answer it.

Yes. Early-stage and smaller ISVs may qualify for pricing below our published Starter plan. We don't advertise those numbers publicly — enterprise buyers would anchor on the lowest number and that's not fair to anyone. But if $10,000 is genuinely out of reach right now, contact us before you walk away. We'll tell you honestly if there's a fit.
Yes. Upgrade at any point — you pay the prorated difference for the remaining term. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your 12-month term. Most customers find that starting with a comfortable buffer above their current count is worth it — a mid-year upgrade is easy, but having headroom from the start means no interruptions while your customers are actively using your product.

Connect it to your actual data, test embedding in your product, and see exactly what you're buying before you commit. When you're ready for a paid subscription, apply a production license key and your setup carries over.
