Common questions
During normal operation, yes. Yurbi has no required outbound connections to 5000fish servers — no license validation, no telemetry, no feature flags. Updates are manual: download the installer on an internet-connected machine, transfer it, and run it on the target server.
Yurbi supports session token SSO (API-based) and header-rewrite SSO (compatible with Azure Application Proxy, BMC SSO, CA Siteminder, and similar tools). Full SAML is on the roadmap but is not a current feature. If your environment requires SAML specifically, contact us to discuss timeline.
Native drivers: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle. Cloud-managed variants use the same drivers (RDS, Aurora, Azure SQL, etc.). ODBC covers Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, MongoDB Atlas, Trino/Starburst, and others. See all integrations →
