What's included
-
Full platform — nothing held back Multi-tenant security, dynamic data sources, white-label branding, FastCache, API access. No feature-limited "trial version." Same product, same license — just with an expiration date.
-
14 days — extensions freely given Need more time to finish your evaluation? Just ask. We extend without friction. A proper evaluation matters more to us than the countdown clock.
-
Your application data is never copied Yurbi queries your source database directly, read-only. Nothing is extracted or stored externally — during the trial or after. That's the point of self-hosted.
-
Trial carries straight to production Everything you build during the trial — reports, dashboards, data source connections, tenant configuration — lives in Yurbi's self-hosted database on your server. When the trial expires nothing is deleted. Activate a paid license and your setup continues exactly where you left off.
-
Windows, Linux, or Docker Install on infrastructure you already have. No new cloud accounts, no vendor environments to configure before you can evaluate the product.
Questions during setup? Architecture decisions? Not sure if Yurbi fits what you're building? Email support@yurbi.com — you'll get the people who built it.

Common questions about the trial
14 days by default. That said, we extend liberally — if you need more time to finish your evaluation, just reach out. We care far more about a proper evaluation than the countdown clock. The trials that convert to paid almost always involved meaningful back-and-forth with our team during the evaluation period.
When the trial license expires, Yurbi stops serving requests. Your reports, dashboards, data source connections, and tenant configuration all remain intact in Yurbi's database on your server — nothing is deleted. Activate a paid license and everything picks up exactly where you left off. No reimport, no rebuild. Your trial work is your production starting point.
Full product. Multi-tenant security, dynamic data source routing, white-label branding, FastCache, the report builder, full API access — all of it is unlocked. The only difference between a trial license and a paid license is the expiration date. We don't believe in feature-gated trials — you can't evaluate what you can't see.
No. Yurbi queries your source database directly, read-only. Your application data never moves — it stays in your database, on your infrastructure. Yurbi only writes to its own separate backend database, which stores report definitions, user accounts, tenant configuration, and dashboard metadata. That backend database is also self-hosted on your server — nothing leaves your environment.
Yurbi supports both PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server as its backend database. See the install guide for your platform for specific version requirements and setup steps. If you're not sure which to use for your environment, email support@yurbi.com — we're happy to help you figure out the right setup before you even download.
No. The Docker image is x86/amd64 only. ARM architectures — including Apple Silicon and many ARM-based cloud instances — are not currently supported for Docker deployment. This is a tooling limitation with the MS SQL components included in the image. Windows and Linux deployments also require x86/amd64. If you're evaluating on ARM infrastructure, email support@yurbi.com to discuss your options.
The same support paid customers get — you reach the engineers who built Yurbi, not a tiered support queue. During your trial, ask us anything: installation, architecture, integration questions, whether Yurbi is the right fit for what you're building. We'll tell you honestly. Email support@yurbi.com or access the full documentation at help.yurbi.com.
When you're ready, we send you a new license key. Activate it on your existing server and you're live — same install, same data, same configuration. Everything you built during the trial carries forward. See pricing plans starting at $10,000/year to find the right tier for your deployment.
